ABOUT ME
Hey there!
I'm a certified coach on a mission to help people find happiness and fulfillment in their work, business, and life. I know it sounds cheesy, but I promise I'm not one of those "just follow your dreams" types who lives in a yurt and drinks kombucha all day.
With my ICF Certified Coach certification and many accredited coach training sessions under my belt, I've spent years working in tech and management consulting within the Big-4, at both programming and strategic executive levels. I've also started two successful technology startups and lived in cities like NYC, London, Copenhagen, and LA. So, you could say I'm kind of a big deal... or, more likely, you could say I'm a woman who likes to hop around the globe, experience new cultures and take on new challenges.
My journey began when I was just a 18 years old programmer, where I was first published and my first paper was on how to make coding and technology more accessible. This experience marked the start of a new thinking pattern for me, as I began to question the traditional norms of the tech industry and explore new ways of thinking about technology, diversity and accessibility in the corporate setting.
As a young woman in the tech industry, I faced many challenges and barriers, but I refused to let them define me. Instead, I used my experiences to develop a unique perspective on the corporate world and a deep passion for empowering others to achieve their goals.
My time as an entrepreneur gave me a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build and run a successful business, especially in fields that aren’t typically seen as “Techie”. As a coach, I leverage this experience to help my clients navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship and create thriving, sustainable businesses or even transforming a previous non-technological career into one.
As a coach, I believe in sharing real-life examples and tools with my clients to help them achieve their goals. I find it important to avoid any un-useful jargon-filled therapy talk and instead focus on practical strategies that can make a real difference in my clients' lives.
One of the things that sets me apart as a coach is my ability to connect with my clients on a personal level ALONG with prominent coaching methodologies, such as strengths-based coaching, positive psychology, and cognitive-behavioral coaching to help my clients achieve their defined goals. I believe that every individual is unique, and I work closely with my clients to understand their goals, values, and motivations. By taking the time to truly understand my clients, I'm able to tailor my coaching approach to their specific needs and help them achieve their desired outcomes.
My passion lies in making the corporate world seem less daunting and helping people find their true match in their careers. We spend so much of our lives at work, yet we tend to neglect the person we are at work and our ambitions, whether they be happiness, a raise, a new job/industry, or even a better team, presentation technique or leadership skills.
Plus, as someone who has worked remotely for years, I know how to help you navigate the challenges of virtual teamwork without losing your mind (or your sense of humor).
So, whether you're looking to improve your performance, transition to a new role or industry, start your own business, or just figure out what the heck you're doing with your life, I'm here to help.
Let's work together to unlock your full potential and achieve the success you deserve.
